Mobile app setup
- Altra Mobile is available in the iTunes Store and Google Play. Download the Altra mobile app for Android, iPhone or iPad and enter login credentials.
- An email with a security code will be sent to the primary email address on file. This code needs to be entered in the app. Once the code has been verified the app setup is complete.
If you are not currently an Altra Online Banking User, please select ‘New User Enrollment’ on the Altra app. You will be prompted to authenticate your information and set up login credentials.
Altra Quick Access
Sign in to Mobile Banking on your eligible device using Facial or Touch ID! If you do not have a Face ID or Touch ID enabled phone, you can still use Quick Access by entering a 4-digit PIN.
