Quick Transfer from the Online Banking Dashboard
Your payment will be credited for the date you made the transfer, but due to processing time, it takes 2-3 business days before you will see your payment posted to your card.
- Sign in to Altra Online Banking and click the Accounts tab Transfer sub menu.
- Enter Transfer From and Transfer To fields, and Payment Amount.
- Next, choose the blue Submit button. Your payments will be posted within 1-2 business days. You may also select the option to schedule payment for a later date.
Make a Payment from the Online Credit Card Details Page
Your payment must be completed by 5:00 pm CT to be posted the next business day. You may also select the option to schedule payment for a later date.
- Sign in to Altra Online Banking and click the Accounts tab, then the Transfer sub menu.
- Click on the blue Card Details & Payment Options button next to your Credit Card. You’ll be taken to another page.
- On the Account Summary page, select the card you wish to pay, then click on Make Payment.
- Choose the Payment Date. Online Credit Card payments must be completed by 5:00 pm CT to be posted the next business day.
- Select an Amount to Pay. You’ll have the option to pay the Current Balance, Statement Balance, Minimum Due, or Other. If you click Other, fill in the amount of your payment.
- Click Next.
- Confirm payment details and click Next again.
- Read authorization terms and click Authorize to finalize your payment.
Automated Phone Banking
Dial 800-755-0055 and follow the voice prompt to transfer a payment from an Altra account to your Altra credit card by phone. Your payment will post within two business days.
Payment by Phone from Non-Altra Account
To make a payment from another institution, please call 1-800-755-0055 to make an over the phone payment. The fee for over-the-phone payment is $5 and will be charged to your credit card account.
