To make a cross-account transfer
To make a cross-account transfer between Altra accounts and accounts that you are joint-owner on, log in to Online Banking and:
Click the Accounts > Transfers link to make a cross-account transfer
OR – Click the Accounts > Dashboard link then click the “Transfers” button in the “Transfers & Payments” section.
