Hayley Bangsberg has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry.  She has been with Altra since 2012 when she began as a real estate closer and most recently served as the manager of real estate operations.

“Hayley has contributed significantly to Altra’s Real Estate Department in the past 11 years,” said Craig Sacia, Altra’s SVP of Lending. “We look forward to her continued growth as she takes on the challenges of her new position.”

Bangsberg will be responsible for maximizing the member’s experience at Altra by coordinating efforts within the Credit Union, monitoring policies and procedures, relationship building, and employee development.

Hayley lives in La Crosse with her daughter. In her free time, she enjoys hunting, fishing, watching football, and spending time with family and friends.
