The mission of Cia Siab, Inc. is to provide comprehensive bilingual, bicultural services to Hmoob (Hmong) survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault in La Crosse County. With language and cultural revitalization as a cornerstone, the organization offers holistic support and advocacy services, including but not limited to crisis intervention, emotional support and safety planning, ongoing advocacy around medical, legal, housing, and other basic needs, and individual and group support and activities.
