Online Membership Application Checklist
You will need approximately 10 minutes and the following items to complete your online membership application.
Information
☑ Full legal name, date of birth, social security number, physical address
☑ Youth memberships require an adult 18+ as an additional signer to complete application
Identification
☑ Current driver’s license or state ID
☑ Ability to submit a selfie
☑ Proof of address (within last 30 days) if address does not match your identification card (eg: current utility statement, pay stub, or bank statement)
Opening Deposit
☑ Debit or credit card for opening deposit
☑ Minimum $10 ($5 savings balance / $5 membership fee)
