Scott Herdeman has over 12 years of accounting experience. He has been with Altra since 2018, most recently as AVP and Controller.

“The role of Finance has increased in importance over the last several years, along with a higher level of complexity and scrutiny. Scott has stepped up to the increased demands, bringing both analytical and technical skills.” said Mary Isaacs, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Altra. “His strong work ethic and willingness take on new challenges has really taken his area to the next level”.

In his new role, Scott will lead our Balance Sheet management processes including measuring and monitoring interest rate and liquidity risk. He will work with our lending and deposit operations departments to ensure that pricing and practices are consistently applied.

Herdeman is a CPA with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Globe University. He and his wife, Dani, live in Onalaska with their family. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his four children and woodworking.
