Money Desktop Being Discontinued

Due to very limited use by members, Altra will no longer be offering Money Desktop after April 30, 2017. We will be redirecting the resources currently used for this service to other services in the future.

We understand that while usage is very low, our members who do use Money Desktop rely on it for budgeting and tracking expenses. We are waiting to discontinue the service until after tax day to allow you to run reports. However, because only 60 days of history is available to download in Online Banking, we also want to let you know as early as possible so you can find another system to capture all of your 2017 transaction history. 

Many members find Quicken to be the most robust and reliable budgeting and reporting tool. 

You can download transaction history from Online Banking to Quicken using either their Web Connect or Direct Connect utility. Please feel free to contact us at 800-755-0055 if you have any questions or we can assist you with anything during this transition.
