Phil has been with Altra Federal Credit Union since 2008 and has 12 years of mortgage lending experience as a Real Estate Loan Originator and a Financial Service Officer.  He has a broad knowledge of financial products and enjoys building strong relationships with his members.  He will go above and beyond to make sure his members get the best experience.
