In 2018, Altra created the Community Hero Award as a way to acknowledge employee efforts.  The award will be given out annually and will recognize an individual whose volunteer service to others embraces Altra’s sense of helping community members live their best lives.  This award honors an employee who possesses a selfless dedication to the betterment of others and the betterment of the communities Altra serves. This year’s recipient was Kathy Landsinger who volunteered over 135 hours in 2018.
