Mobile app Set-up
- Altra Mobile is available in the iTunes Store and Google Play. Download the Altra Mobile app for Android, iPhone or iPad and enter login credentials.
- An email with a security code will be sent to the primary email address on file. This code needs to be entered in the app. Once the code has been verified the app setup is complete.
If you are not currently an Altra Online Banking User, please select 'Register New Account' on the Altra app. You will be prompted to authenticate your information and set up login credentials. You will need your Call 24 PIN, which is the last four digits last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number.
