With Altra Mobile Banking, you can Check Balances, Review Transaction History, Transfer Funds, and Pay Bills on your iPhone, iPad or Android smart phone.
Go mobile with Altra Federal Credit Union. Let’s get started with our mobile app. You’ll be able to check your balances, transfer funds, pay bills, find an ATM, and more. Available for Android, iPad, and iPhone. If you have not registered for Online Banking click enroll. Just enter your account number, your call 24 pin, last four of social security number, zip code, and date of birth for the primary account holder. An online banking disclosure will appear. Just read and then click I accept. Then create a username and password. Once created you will be prompted to log in at the log in screen. Enter you user name ID and password. A security code specific to the mobile device is sent to the email address on file. Go to the email and retrieve the code and authorize it in the mobile app. You will then be able to view accounts and transactions, view your deposit accounts, loan accounts, and credit card accounts. Just click on an account title to view the history. Cleared share drafts can be viewed through the check image icon. You can also transfer money between accounts, including external accounts you have already set up through Online Banking. Just enter the dollar amount and choose accounts. You will then choose the from account and then the to account then click transfer in the upper right corner. Also deposit a check using Altra’s mobile deposit feature. How about paying bills to your payees through Bill Pay? You can do this by selecting the payee and click make a payment and choose the amount and date the payment will be sent. Then confirm your payment. To verify you can view pending payments or edit canceled payments. You will also be able to view payment history. Do you need to find a physical location? Mobile app Set-up
- Altra Mobile is available in the iTunes Store and Google Play. Download the Altra Mobile app for Android, iPhone or iPad and enter login credentials.
- An email with a security code will be sent to the primary email address on file. This code needs to be entered in the app. Once the code has been verified the app setup is complete.
If you are not currently an Altra Online Banking User, please select ‘Register New Account’ on the Altra app. You will be prompted to authenticate your information and set up login credentials. You will need your Automated Phone Banking PIN, which is the last four digits last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number.
