  E-statement Support

 

To assist you, we have developed instructions to help you download and install required software to view your E-Statements and trouble-shoot your computer if you cannot view your E-Statements.


Required Software and Computer Setup


1) You need a computer running a Microsoft Windows operating system. (98, 2000, XP, etc...)

2) Your computer needs to be updated with all of the the most current Windows updates provided by Microsoft.

3) You need to have an internet connection (AOL, MSN, Charter Pipe Line, etc...)

4) You need the most current version of Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

5) You need the most current version of your internet browser. Internet Explorer is suggested, and Netscape Navigator is supported.

(No other browsers are supported for e-statements.)
