institution, and because of this, you can be confident

or to other financial institutions with whom we have

To protect our members' privacy, we only work with
companies that agree to maintain strong confidentiality
protections and limit the use of information we provide.
Your credit union does not sell or rent member information
to third parties, nor do we permit the companies
we work with to sell to other third parties the information
we provide to them. We do not share information about
former members, except as permitted or required by

You Can Do to Help Protect Your Privacy

your privacy. You can help by following these simple
guidelines:
Protect
your account numbers, card numbers, PIN (personal
identification numbers), and passwords.
Never keep your PIN with your Check or Cash card.
Be cautious about disclosing your account numbers,
social security numbers, etc. Beware of anyone who
calls you and says they represent a financial institution
or credit card company you do business with and asks
for your account number or other personal information.
Please let us know when your address or phone number
changes. It is important that we have your current
address, phone number, and e-mail address (if applicable)
so we can reach you if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized
activity. |

24 |
|
Altra
maintains a database of the e-mail addresses of credit
union members who have subscribed to Access
24, our PC Internet account access system. This information
is used to disseminate information about the Access
24 system to users and will not be sold, traded, or
otherwise disclosed unless we are compelled to do so
by law.
Our PC Banking business partner, Digital Insight, places a cookie on your computer to enable Enhanced Log-in Security. This alphanumeric tag allows Access 24 to recognize the IP address and browser you normally use to access your accounts, and helps reduce the possibility of unauthorized access. If you sign on from a different IP address or use a different browser, you will be asked to answer a security question.
You may choose to not accept cookies; however, you will then need to answer a security question each time you sign on to Access 24. |
