Altra Credit Card holders can register to receive free online Credit Card eStatements through Access 24 Online Banking. To sign on, log into Online Banking and choose the Credit Card button on the top of the page. Follow the screen instructions for setting up online access to your credit card and eStatement enrollment.

Important notice for Online Banking Users
Members who use Altra’s Free Access 24 Online Banking will automatically receive their Altra Credit Card statement electronically. Paper statements will not be mailed to online banking users after November 2009. If you have any questions, please call 800-755-0055 Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CT.

Free Pay-My-Bill
Sign in to Access 24 Online Banking, click the Credit Card button at the top of the screen and choose Pay-My-Bill. If you transfer your payment from an Altra account by 6 p.m. C.T. your payment will post the NEXT business day. This is the fastest payment method!

Free Access 24 Online Banking
Sign in to Online Banking and select Funds Transfer at the top of the screen. Transfer a payment from an Altra account to your Altra Credit Card and payment will post within two business days.

Free Call 24
Dial 800-755-0055 and follow the voice prompt to transfer a payment from an Altra account to your credit card by phone. Your payment will post within two business days.

How do I add a Joint Cardholder?
To add another person to your Altra Credit Card account, please fill out a separate credit card application and include your Altra Credit Card account number.

How do I request an increase in my credit limit?
Print and fill out our Credit Card Change form or call 800-755-0055.

Enroll your new Card - To enroll your new Altra Credit Card for the online system, sign in to Access 24 Online Banking, click the black Credit Card tab, then select Online Services and Add New Card. You will be asked to enter your new Card number and your billing zip code. After your card is validated, you can set up eStatements, Pay-My-Bill and free CURewards.

Pay-My-Bill - If you are using Pay-My-Bill for the first time, please note that your Altra savings account has been set up as the default payment account. We recommend that you use your Altra Checking account to avoid having payments denied due to excessive savings withdrawals.

To avoid late fees when making a Pay-My-Bill online payment, please verify you are making the payment to the new Card number. The system will not process a payment to your old Card number.

eStatements - Visit www.altra.org, click Online Services then click Enroll in eStatements.

CURewards - Click the CURewards logo on the Recent Activity page, and then click the CURewards catalog link. A new window will open and you will be asked to create a new profile for your new Card.

Remove your old Card - Your old card will automatically be closed 30 days after the new Card number was issued, even if you do not activate the new Card. After you have activated the new Card, we recommend that you click Online Services then click Remove Card to remove your old Card number from the system. Please print or download any history for the old Credit Card before removing it because your old Card history will also be removed.

Finally, if your old Credit Card is set up as for any automatic bill pay item, payroll deduction payments, or as overdraft protection, please contact Altra or the merchant to update your records with the new account number. It may be helpful to check past statements to identify all automatic payments or debits. If you have questions, please call us at 800-755-0055.
