An up-to-the-minute view of your Altra Credit Card statement. View recent charges, current balance, available credit, minimum payment due, total Reward Points earned, and more. You can also securely view the previous three months' statements.

Online payments
Make your Altra credit card payment online from your Altra checking or savings account anytime, for any amount. Submit payment online before 6 p.m. Central Time and it will post the next business day. Payment must come from an Altra checking or savings account to use the online payment system.

Telephone payments
Transfer payment from any Altra account to your Altra credit card anytime, for any amount. Make your payment by phone before 4 p.m. Central Time and it will post the second business day. Call 608-787-4500 or 800-755-0055 and press 1 to access Call 24, then press 4 and follow the instructions.

Automatic payments
Set up an automatic transfer from any account each month - you choose the total amount, a set dollar amount, or the minimum payment.

How do I add a Joint Cardholder?
To add another person to your Altra Credit Card account, please fill out a separate credit card application and include your Altra Credit Card account number.

How do I request an increase in my credit limit?
Either print the Credit Card Change form shown below, or call 800-755-0055.

Travelers Alert
Due to an unprecedented number of fraudulent Credit and Check Card transactions originating
in Russia, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Brazil and Malaysia, Altra does not allow purchases or
ATM withdrawals in those countries.

• Enroll your new Card - To enroll your new Altra Credit Card for the online system, sign in to Access 24 Online Banking, click the black Credit Card tab, then select Online Services and Add New Card. You will be asked to enter your new Card number and your billing zip code. After your card is validated, you can set up eStatements, Pay-My-Bill and free CURewards.
  
  
• Pay-My-Bill - If you are using Pay-My-Bill for the first time, please note that your Altra savings account has been set up as the default payment account. We recommend that you use your Altra Checking account to avoid having payments denied due to excessive savings withdrawals.
  
  
• To avoid late fees when making a Pay-My-Bill online payment, please verify you are making the payment to the new Card number. The system will not process a payment to your old Card number.
  
  
• eStatements - Visit www.altra.org, click Online Services then click Enroll in eStatements.
  
  
• CURewards - Click the CURewards logo on the Recent Activity page, and then click the CURewards catalog link. A new window will open and you will be asked to create a new profile for your new Card.
  
  
• Remove your old Card - Your old card will automatically be closed 30 days after the new Card number was issued, even if you do not activate the new Card. After you have activated the new Card, we recommend that you click Online Services then click Remove Card to remove your old Card number from the system. Please print or download any history for the old Credit Card before removing it because your old Card history will also be removed.
  

Finally, if your old Credit Card is set up as for any automatic bill pay item, payroll deduction payments, or as overdraft protection, please contact Altra or the merchant to update your records with the new account number.
