Tiffany La Liberte has 13 years experience at Altra overseeing their member contact center, beginning as a manager and most recently as AVP.

“Tiffany has spearheaded the growth of our member contact center over the past decade,” said Dan Schwaab, Executive VP of Retail Operations at Altra. “Her dedication to providing exceptional service to our members, in addition to her leadership skills will be important as we continue to grow our membership.”

La Liberte’s duties will include overseeing the operations of the Member Contact Center and Lending Center to ensure that members receive support.

Tiffany has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. She is a board member on the 7 Rivers Chapter of Credit Unions and volunteers with Junior Achievement. She resides in Holmen with her husband, Noah, and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at her cabin with her family, playing volleyball and singing karaoke.
