Michael Felix has over 17 years of experience with Altra, where he began as a youth apprentice at Central High School. He most recently served as their Manager of Data Analytics.

Felix will be responsible for advancing Altra’s data warehouse, along with developing strategies in the realms of data science and data governance. In addition, he will further our use of critical and predictive insights that drive innovation, metrics, and operational efficiencies that enable Altra to help anticipate member needs and deliver the best possible experience.

Michael has a B.S. in Accounting and Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. He resides in Winona with his wife, Pinar, and their daughter.  In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and gardening.
